Elevating a New Build: A Modern Luxury Interior Transformation

New build homes offer a blank canvas - but creating a space that feels truly personal, refined, and timeless takes careful design and craftsmanship. In this recent Project Nine project, we were commissioned to enhance a developer-finished home (completed in 2025), transforming key areas into a cohesive, high-end interior tailored to our client’s lifestyle.

The sitting room was redesigned to feel both inviting and sophisticated, striking a balance between comfort and modern luxury. At its centre sits a bespoke media wall by Lark Valley, designed to integrate storage seamlessly while maintaining a clean, architectural aesthetic.

The completed project is a refined example of modern luxury interior design - where every element feels considered and balanced.

By combining structural remodelling, bespoke joinery, and carefully selected finishes, we’ve transformed a standard new build into a home that feels polished and entirely bespoke to its owners.

While the property was newly built, the existing layout didn’t fully align with how our clients wanted to live. Through considered structural works and remodelling, we reworked key spaces to introduce greater flow, functionality, and a more refined sense of scale.

A key part of this transformation involved rethinking the master suite. The home had originally been designed with a dressing room, but it felt cramped and didn’t reflect the client’s taste or requirements.

To create something more fitting, we repurposed the spare fourth bedroom - merging it with the existing dressing room to form one generous, beautifully designed space.

The result is a fully bespoke dressing room, crafted by Lark Valley, that feels both luxurious and highly functional. Tailored joinery maximises storage while maintaining a clean aesthetic, elevating the everyday routine into something more considered and enjoyable.

To further elevate the interior, we introduced Crittall-look internal aluminium doors from ID Systems. These add a strong architectural feature, helping to define spaces while maintaining light flow throughout the home.

Their clean lines and industrial influence contrast subtly with the softer finishes, creating a layered and contemporary aesthetic.
