Project Nine was founded by brothers Sam and Jake Holman with a shared ambition to raise the standard of residential construction.
Having worked on projects ranging from bespoke homes to multi-million-pound developments, they recognised that the most successful projects weren't simply built well - they were meticulously planned long before construction began.
Today, that philosophy remains at the heart of every Project Nine build. Sam and Jake continue to play an active role across the business, working closely with clients and project teams to provide experienced oversight, clear direction and a personal approach throughout every stage of the process.
