Project Nine was founded by brothers Sam and Jake Holman with a shared ambition to raise the standard of residential construction.
Drawing on complementary backgrounds across residential and commercial construction, building services and property maintenance, they recognised that the most successful projects weren't simply built well – they were carefully planned long before construction began.
Today, that philosophy remains at the heart of the business. Sam and Jake continue to play an active role across Project Nine, working closely with clients and project teams to provide experienced oversight, clear direction and a personal approach throughout the construction process.
We specialise in significant home renovations, listed buildings, bespoke homes and architect-led residential projects, where thoughtful planning, technical expertise and skilled craftsmanship all contribute to a successful outcome.
