At Project Nine, we believe great design should feel effortless - where every space flows, functions beautifully, and stands the test of time. Our latest project is a perfect example of that philosophy in action: a full interior renovation and single-storey extension that has completely redefined this home for modern family living.
Alongside the main living areas, a series of highly functional yet refined spaces were added to introduced to support everyday life.

The transformation extends beyond the interior. A new oak front porch and bespoke front door establish a strong architectural presence, while custom garage doors ensure the exterior feels just as considered as the spaces within.
To the rear, the extension has been designed to strike a balance between traditional and contemporary elements. A slate roof with integrated rooflights introduces natural light into the new spaces, while composite cladding in a cobble stone tone adds depth and contrast. This is complemented by classic brickwork using rural multi plinth bricks, grounding the extension in a timeless material palette.
Slim-framed aluminium doors open up the rear elevation, strengthening the connection between inside and out, while heritage-style uPVC sash windows maintain a sense of continuity with the original property.
This project centred around unlocking the potential of the ground floor, both structurally and aesthetically. A carefully designed single-storey extension has created the space needed for a more open, connected layout - bringing light, flow, and functionality into the heart of the home.
At the centre of the home sits a bespoke kitchen by Davonport - crafted to be both visually striking and highly functional. Designed as a true hub of the home, it balances everyday family life with the ability to entertain effortlessly.
A walk-in pantry and separate utility room allow the main kitchen space to remain calm and uncluttered, supporting a streamlined and considered finish throughout.
