COMING SOON, Renovation of a Listed House, Manningtree

Work is now underway on the full renovation and extension of a Grade II listed property in Manningtree. The project involves careful restoration throughout, alongside a series of new additions designed to bring the home up to modern standards while staying true to its original character.

Plans include a new garden room extension, installation of a Devol kitchen, upgraded bathrooms, and a full refurbishment of the basement. The property is also being rewired, a new heating system installed, and external works carried out including roofing, decoration, and landscaping.

Internally, original features like fireplaces, coving, ceiling roses, windows, and floorboards are being restored, with detailed attention paid to matching mouldings and decorative finishes throughout. A new outbuilding and entrance gates will complete the updates to the overall site.
