Some lovely additions to the property saw a ground floor utility room added to the side, a new open plan kitchen dining area was created, plus an additional bedroom upstairs.
We used structural steels to open up to the existing space. A large roof lantern was added to the existing flat roof, which is complimented by the extra light from the large picture window in the kitchen area.
Engineered wood flooring, pendant lighting above the island, and feature wall panelling were used to compliment the nice kitchen.
The main materials from the outside view were painted feather edge cladding, a Juliet balcony, and clay peg tiles complete with conservation Velux Rooflights.
